Sampling Criteria & Locations

• 1.Raw water at intake
• 2.Post Treatment at Treatment Plant
• 3.Distribution site A
• 4.Distribution site B
• 5.Distribution site C

Testing Criteria

The sampler should conduct & record results at each sample location for the following:

• temperature
• pH
• turbidity (or total dissolved solids)
• residual (& total) chlorine
• dissolved oxygen (optional)

At each designated site, a sample for laboratory analysis will be collected (reference sampling information factsheet)
