Chain of Custody

Instructions

The chain of custody is a normal way people submit samples to a lab (and not just Cannabis). It helps to identify who you are, what the sample description-lot# is and what tests you want. Most clients fill it out on line & save it. You can use the package number from the price sheet instead of listing each item in it. Make the changes for each submission as needed and send it electronically. Some print off a copy and put it in with the samples rather than crafting a letter each time. We sign off and send a copy back to you for your records and we then watch out for the sample and match it up.
